  11. I have an modem running under win95. However, everytime when the system 
  12. bootup, a message saying that "System Device Resource Conflict". Could 
  13. somebody be help? The modem is set at com 3 with IRQ 5. I am sure there are no 
  14. conflict with IRQ=5. (My sound card use IRQ=10)
